Check the connection
Connect to your main home Wi-Fi, rather than guest Wi-Fi. Pause a VPN temporarily. On a phone, turn off mobile data while trying the address if it keeps switching away from Wi-Fi.
Change your Wi-Fi name, password or router settings. Start by connecting to your home broadband Wi-Fi.
Connect to the same home Wi-Fi before opening it.
Each link opens in a new tab. These are common addresses, not a detected gateway.
No page opened? Check the address printed on your router or find it in your device settings below.
Find router detailsUse the local IPv4 address shown as Router or Default gateway.
Did this address open your router’s login page?
Saved only in this browser or app. No password is saved.Log in on your router’s own page. Zerolink does not ask for or collect your router password here.
A browser cannot reliably discover your router address. Your connected device’s network settings are the best place to check.
Open Settings → Wi-Fi (sometimes under Network & Internet or Connections). Tap your connected network, then its details or advanced settings. Look for Gateway or Router. Names vary by phone; check the router label if the address is not shown.
Open Settings → Wi-Fi. Tap the information button beside your connected network. Look for Router in the IPv4 address section.
Open Command Prompt, type ipconfig and press Enter. Under your connected Wi-Fi or Ethernet adapter, find Default Gateway. Use that address, not the computer’s own IPv4 address.
Open System Settings → Wi-Fi → Details for your connected network. Select TCP/IP and look for Router.
Connect to your main home Wi-Fi, rather than guest Wi-Fi. Pause a VPN temporarily. On a phone, turn off mobile data while trying the address if it keeps switching away from Wi-Fi.
Copy the gateway from your device settings. Type the full address into the browser address bar instead of a search box. If an in-app browser fails, open Chrome, Safari or Edge directly.
Some routers support only HTTP; others use HTTPS. Try the connection option specified in your router’s manual. A browser that upgrades HTTP to HTTPS may need its “continue to HTTP” option for that local page.
If the page opens but login fails, use the router label or ask your installer. The admin password can differ from your Wi-Fi password. ISP-managed routers may restrict access; ask your broadband provider.
A reset can erase your broadband settings. Ask for help before resetting.
Already on the login screen? Read the router setup guide.
Router and fibre ONT management addresses vary by model and installation. These private IPv4 addresses are alternatives to the quick links above. Use the address shown on your router label or in your connected device’s network settings; an address that responds is not automatically your gateway.
Find model-specific address and setup guidance for TP-Link, Tenda, D-Link, Syrotech, Huawei and other routers, including JioFiber, Airtel Xstream and BSNL FTTH installations. Default settings can be changed by your provider.
Connect to your router’s Wi-Fi or Ethernet network, then open http://192.168.1.1/ or http://192.168.0.1/ in the browser address bar. If neither works, use the Router or Default Gateway address from your device’s network settings.
Usually they are different. Your local IP identifies your phone or computer on the network. The default gateway is the router used to reach other networks. Use the gateway address to try the router admin page; an ISP can use a separate management address.
Some routers use admin as the username, but credentials depend on the model, firmware and installer. Check the router label or contact your provider. The administrator password may be different from your Wi-Fi password.
Sign in to your router’s admin page, locate Wireless or Wi-Fi settings and update the network password. Save the change and reconnect your devices with the new password. The exact menu depends on your router.
Check that you are on the main Wi-Fi network, use the correct gateway IP, pause a VPN if needed and try the HTTP or HTTPS connection supported by the router. Guest-network isolation or provider restrictions may prevent access.
This page offers common addresses and manual entry. It does not claim to discover your gateway. After an address works, you can confirm it and remember it in this browser for your next visit.
Zerolink customers can ask for help confirming their router management address and broadband setup. View Gharaunda broadband, Karnal broadband or Panipat broadband, or contact support. After changing Wi-Fi settings, check your connection with the internet speed test.
