Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 11 August 2026
Welcome to Zerolink Digital Network. By accessing our website or using our internet services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Service usage and acceptable use
The internet service provided is for lawful purposes only. The customer agrees not to use the service for any illegal activities, including but not limited to spamming, hacking, or distributing pirated content.
2. Speed and connectivity
Speeds mentioned in broadband plans are "up to" speeds. Actual speed may vary depending on network congestion, technical feasibility, and distance from the fiber node. Zerolink strives to provide 99% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service due to force majeure events.
3. Billing, taxes and payments
Bills must be paid by the stated due date to avoid restriction or disconnection. Applicable taxes, including GST, are shown on the invoice or quotation. Plan prices and service terms may change with the notice required by the applicable agreement or law.
4. Equipment and site access
Routers, modems, or fiber devices (ONT) provided by Zerolink remain the property of the company unless purchased outright by the customer. These must be returned in good working condition upon disconnection.
5. Installation, maintenance and customer responsibilities
The customer must provide safe and reasonable access for an agreed installation or service visit and disclose relevant site hazards. Equipment must not be altered, relocated or opened in a way that breaches product, safety or service requirements.
6. Suspension and termination
Service may be restricted or terminated for non-payment, unlawful use, material breach, network abuse, safety risk or a request from a competent authority. Outstanding charges and returnable equipment obligations continue after termination.
7. Privacy and third-party services
Website and customer information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Third-party products or services may also be governed by the relevant provider's licence, warranty and service terms.
8. Liability and force majeure
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zerolink is not responsible for indirect loss caused by events outside reasonable control, customer equipment, third-party services or misuse. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Panipat/Karnal, Haryana.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms or a service agreement can be sent through the Zerolink contact page. A signed quotation, order form or service agreement may contain additional terms specific to that service.
